What Hyper Velox does

Hyper Velox helps users discover Porsche 911 listings, auctions, market signals, saved favorites, and saved-search alerts. We aggregate and organize information from third-party listing sources and service providers.

Hyper Velox is not a dealer, broker, auction house, lender, inspector, escrow service, or seller. We do not own, inspect, certify, or sell the vehicles shown on the site.

Accounts and user actions

Some features, including favorites and saved alerts, require an account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. You may not use the site to interfere with the service, scrape protected areas, bypass access controls, or misuse alerts, listings, or other site features.

Third-party listings and links

Listings may link to third-party websites. Those websites control their own listings, terms, fees, availability, privacy practices, and transaction process. When you leave Hyper Velox, your use of the third-party site is governed by that site's own terms and policies.

No listing warranty

Listing information can be delayed, incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. Prices, bids, mileage, options, vehicle history, availability, fees, taxes, and auction timing can change without notice. Always verify important information directly with the original listing source, seller, auction platform, or qualified professional before making a purchase decision.

Advertising and compensation

Hyper Velox may earn compensation from affiliate links, advertising, sponsorships, lead generation, promoted placements, or similar commercial relationships. Compensation does not guarantee favorable ranking or editorial treatment unless a placement is specifically labeled as sponsored, promoted, or advertising. Intellectual property

The Hyper Velox name, branding, design, organization, original text, and site features belong to us or our licensors. Third-party listing content, trademarks, vehicle imagery, and source names belong to their respective owners. Reference to Porsche or any listing platform does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided for informational and research purposes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hyper Velox is not liable for losses arising from your use of the site, reliance on listing data, third-party transactions, service interruptions, or actions taken by third-party sources.
